VILM ("we", "us", "our") operates the VILM streaming platform, its mobile applications, and its website.

• Usage data: watch history, preferences, favorites, playlists.

• Payment data: processed exclusively by Apple App Store and Stripe. We never store your banking information.

• Technical data: device identifier, system version, anonymized crash logs.

• Location data: country (derived from the App Store) for distribution rights purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• provide and maintain the streaming service;

• manage your subscription and access;

• personalize recommendations;

• process payments via Apple and Stripe;

• ensure security and prevent fraud;

• comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We never sell your personal data.

We share certain data only with our trusted sub-processors:

• Apple Inc. — payments and subscriptions (StoreKit 2).

• Stripe Inc. — creator payouts (Stripe Connect).

• Bunny.net — video hosting and delivery.

• Cloud infrastructure providers — backend hosting.

These providers process data in accordance with our instructions and applicable laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Upon account deletion, your data is erased within 30 days, except data required by law (invoices, tax records) kept for up to 10 years.

Watch history is retained for 12 months after deletion to allow account restoration.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest;

• restricted access to personal data;

• regular security audits.

No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, but we do our best.

VILM is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

The VILM Kids/Family section is subject to parental control (PIN code).

Significant changes will be notified in the app or by email.
